We are committed to providing you with a tranquil and professional experience. To help us maintain the highest standard of service and fairness for all our clients, please take a moment to review our booking and cancellation policies. 

  • A deposit is required during your booking process.
  • Deposits may be made using a Kyoto Head Spa Gift Card. Third-party gift cards are not accepted for deposits. 
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Deposits are non-transferable.
  • Bookings without a deposit will be held for 2 hours only before being released.
  • Kyoto Head Spa is a cashless business. 
    We accept:
    • Credit/Debit Cards
    • EFTPOS
    • Kyoto Head Spa Gift Cards 
      • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 
      • Only one (1) reschedule is permitted per booking and must be requested more than 24 hours prior. 
      • To reschedule, you must confirm a new time at the time of request. 
      • If you are unable to find a suitable slot, please contact us. Your deposit will be held for a future booking, valid for up to 3 months only. 
      • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur your deposit will NOT be refunded. 
      • We are often booked several weeks in advance. We recommend rescheduling early to secure your preferred time. 
      • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late without prior notice will be considered a No-Show. 
      • A No-Show will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged, and the deposit forfeited. 
      • If you anticipate being late, please contact us via phone, email, or Instagram as soon as possible. 
      • We will do our best to accommodate, however this is subject to our availability and the treatment duration booked. 
      • Please consult your healthcare provider before booking if you are undergoing or recovering from medical treatment or have any condition that may be affected by head, scalp, or pressure-based therapies. 
      • Kyoto Head Spa reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsafe or medically unsuitable.

      • Cancellation or Reschedule: You may cancel or reschedule your booking in accordance with the conditions outlined above. 
      • Product Refunds: All of our Shiseido range is not refundable. 
      • In the rare event that Kyoto Head Spa must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative appointment or a full refund of your deposit. 
      • All of our booking and cancellation policies are in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and are designed to be fair and reasonable to both clients and staff. 
      • Kyoto Head Spa reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website.
